I Never Met a Meta That I Didn't Like

Quick update on some stuff of general (non)-interest....

• Not much new to report on finding new homes for the mutts.  Frothy has kindly offered to consider making room, should all other options fail -- which is greatly appreciated.  We'll keep plugging away.  I have to say that my heart hasn't been in the search too much, but it has to be done, so we'll be stepping up the efforts this week.
• Congratulations to Kyle and Erica on the birth of their lovely daughter.  Welcome, Liv! 
• A couple of people have mentioned that they'd appreciate it if Joe and I could somehow identify the author of posts at the BEGINNING of each post.  I agree, and am working on a solution.  For now, the best I can do is suggest that before reading a post, you scroll to the bottom and see the "Posted by..." line.
• Six days until the class reunion.  I don't think there's ANY way out of this now....
• Meanwhile, here's some info on a reunion of sorts that IS worth attending -- Blogfest 7, Wednesday night at Finnegan's Wake.  Yours truly is a little pressed for time this week, unfortunately, but I will try to make a token appearance...
